• Your site may be suspended if your are late with a payment (though usually this happens with all web hosting providers)
• You are required to set up your own emails, ftp sites etc however they do provide a lot of help and support if required.
• Sometimes when you call you may not get through immediately and be asked to leave a message. They do call you back very quickly though (generally within the hour).
• Your site will be suspended if there are concerns with security of your site. For example if they think your site may have been compromised they will suspend it until resolved. However they are very quick in helping you resolve any issues.
